How a field gets confirmed

We never change a status on request — but we are happy to read evidence. Confirmed always means the same thing: the document exists at a public URL on your own domain.

1Publish the evidence publicly

Put the document at a public, ungated URL on your own domain — the contract text at /dpa, not "we have a DPA" on the homepage. Our weekly scraper looks on standard paths such as /dpa, /security and /legal on its own, so the right address is often found automatically.

2Post the link in our Discord

The fastest route: discord.gg/ZbV4qB34um — state which field the link applies to. No email back-and-forth, no sales calls; everything happens openly where the community can see it.

3We verify by hand

We read the document, upgrade the field with source and date, and put the page under weekly monitoring so the field stays fresh. The change is visible openly in the change history.

What counts as evidence?

DPAThe contract text itself (Article 28 obligations, sub-processors) — not a mention on the homepage.
CertificationsA certificate number or attestation from the auditor — not a logo in the footer.
PricingNumbers on a public pricing page — not “contact us”.
API & MCPDocumentation with endpoints — not a bullet in the feature list.
Data residencyA DPA or sub-processor list naming the location — not a Swedish flag.
Zero retentionBinding terms or a DPA clause — not a marketing sentence.

Don't want us to fetch your site?

We respect robots.txt and machine-readable TDM reservations (tdmrep, noai) automatically — block our User-Agent OpenSverigeAIInfra and the fetching stops on its own. If you want to object some other way: let us know in Discord and we pause the source within seven days pending dialogue. Public data we have already verified may, however, remain with a source citation.

What we never do

Change a status on request. Charge for listing or verification. Use sales calls or email as a source — only public, linkable documents count. That is why a confirmation from us is worth something.
