One channel: the OpenSverige community Discord. Corrections, intake of new providers and method discussions all happen there, in the open, so anyone can see what evidence led to a change. There is no email support, and that is deliberate: a correction that only exists in an inbox cannot be reviewed by anyone else.
Found an error?
Name the provider and the field, say what is wrong, and include a link to the primary source — the provider's own documentation, pricing page, terms, or a company register extract. Corrections with a source jump the queue. Nothing is changed on an assertion alone; that is the whole point of the method.
Are you a provider?
You can move a field from self-reported to confirmed by sending binding evidence: a data processing agreement, a certificate with number and validity, a public price list, or register documents showing the ownership chain. What each field requires is listed under For providers. Placement is never for sale — a paid relationship would disqualify the entire database, and the principles are public.
A provider we should assess?
Tips are welcome. Intake is the same for everyone: the provider must be infrastructure you actually buy and that they actually operate, with public information to verify (pricing, terms, documentation) and a legal entity findable in a company register. Pure resellers, consultancies and products without public information are not listed.
